Nolan Ryan became arguably the toughest pitcher in baseball throughout his legendary career. While his fastball could certainly be qualified to fit that description, so could his swinging right fist. And boy oh boy, did a 26-year-old Robin Ventura find that out the hard way.

When a 46-year-old Nolan Ryan beaned Ventura, the White Sox first baseman immediately charged the mound looking for a fight and Ryan threw him in a headlock and pummeled him.

Ryan displays the true definition of "dad strength" in this clip. You always knew he was tough, but to see this display of dominance over an athlete 20 years his younger is even more impressive.
