Rangers News: Texas Gets Great Update on David Dahl Injury

Not much has gone right for the Texas Rangers in 2021. They currently own the second-worst record in the AL and could be gutted at the MLB Trade Deadline, so any good news is welcomed at the moment.

Well, the Rangers will get a key player back in the lineup with David Dahl returning from the injured list.

David Dahl Injury Update

It's great to see the Rangers' outfielder back from the IL. He initially went on the 10-day injured list for a left rib cage contusion, but back problems also kept him from making a return. Now after a rehab stint, he's ready to get into the swing of things once again.

Dahl hit 4 home runs with 12 RBI and 7 doubles while slashing .208/.242/.340 this season before his injury. The 2019 NL All-Star will certainly look to improve on those numbers when he returns and show why he's a future core piece for this team.
