We've reached Week 3 of the XFL season, and that means we're starting to get a more accurate picture of how things are likely to play out for each of the eight teams.

The XFL championship odds are starting to paint some clear favorites and underdogs, and a two-week sample is giving us a better idea of player value in XFL fantasy football.

With that in mind, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this week's matchup between the Dallas Renegades and Seattle Dragons.

XFL Fantasy Football Week 3

Start Lance Dunbar, RB, Dallas Renegades: This could be just about anyone in the Dallas offense, as Renegades players are worth starting at any position, but Lance Dunbar may be the least obvious. Cameron Artis-Payne scored twice last week, but Dunbar was still the busier back in the receiving game, notching six targets for the second straight week. He leads all XFL RBs in targets, and being the primary receiving back is a very valuable role in the league's most pass-heavy offense.

Start Keenan Reynolds, WR, Seattle Dragons: Reynolds only had three receptions last week, but he absolutely dominated the volume in the Dragons offense. His eight targets accounted for a ridiculous 44.4 percent of the team's total, and were twice as many as any of his teammates saw. He was also second on the team with seven targets in Week 1, and while efficiency has been a problem (33.3 percent catch rate), that volume means he's still a great fantasy option.

Sit Flynn Nagel, WR, Dallas Renegades: One of the few noteworthy players in the Dallas offense that doesn't make for a great play in Week 3, Flynn Nagel saw his volume drop off in Landry Jones' debut last weekend, with just three targets, down from six in Week 1. He seems to be the No. 4 option in the Dallas passing game, and that's hard to get excited about.

Sit Brandon Silvers, QB, Seattle Dragons: Part of the poor catch rate we talked about above for Reynolds has been due to the Dragons' QB play. Brandon Silvers went 21-of-40 through the air in Week 1, then just 7-of-18 in Week 2, giving him a 48 percent completion percentage on the year. That is not ideal.
