White Sox News: Shortstop Tim Anderson Activated Off Injury List

The Chicago White Sox have activated shortstop Tim Anderson from the injured list. Anderson suffered a hamstring strain on Apr. 4, but that looks to be behind him now. Chicago has wasted little time inserting him back in the lineup and into his customary leadoff position.
Tim Anderson is back in the lineup at Guaranteed Rate Field.

Anderson has only 15 at-bats on the season and is batting .200 with 1 home run and 1 RBI. He'll look to get back to the standards his last two seasons when he finished first in the American League batting title race in 2019 and runner up in 2020.
