Week 15 Fantasy Picks: Start 'Em, Sit 'Em for Panthers vs Packers

The Green Bay Packers (10-3) will look to remain the No. 1 seed in the NFC as they welcome the Carolina Panthers (4-9) to town in Week 15 NFL action. The Packers will look to win their fourth consecutive game and are 7.5-point favorites in this game, according to FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL betting odds.
If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 15 Panthers-Packers showdown.
Mike Davis Fantasy
Start Mike Davis, RB, Carolina Panthers: Mike Davis ended his slump last week by posting 93 total yards and scoring 2 rushing touchdowns. He will likely be the starter once again this week as Christian McCaffrey continues to battle a thigh injury. Davis draws a great matchup in Week 15 as the Packers haven't been able to stop running backs from reaching the end zone all season. They have given up 13 rushing touchdowns as well as 5 receiving touchdowns to opposing running backs. Both of those numbers tie as the second-highest totals in the NFL. Davis has RB1 upside this week and you should feel comfortable sliding him into one of your starting RB slots.
Robert Tonyan Fantasy
Start Robert Tonyan, TE, Green Bay Packers: Robert Tonyan is currently the overall TE4 on the season and should be started across fantasy football leagues at least until he stops this impressive hot streak he is on. He has now caught at least 4 passes and scored a touchdown in each of the last four games. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers continues to trust Tonyan and look for him in the passing game. There is no reason he can't perform well again this week as he now faces a Panthers' defense that has given up the 11th-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends this season. He has TE1 upside this week and could be in for another big day.
Teddy Bridgewater Fantasy
Sit Teddy Bridgewater, QB, Carolina Panthers: If you're looking to stream a quarterback this week, it would be best to avoid starting Teddy Bridgewater. He has thrown just 1 touchdown over the past two games and hasn't thrown for over 300 yards since Week 9. Simply put, he is not producing enough fantasy points to even be rostered right now. He draws a difficult matchup this week as the Packers have given up the eighth-least fantasy point to opposing quarterbacks this season. This game has all the makings of a subpar performance from Bridgewater. There are better options if you need help at quarterback this week.
Allen Lazard Fantasy
Sit Allen Lazard, WR, Green Bay Packers: Many fantasy football managers were excited to see what Allen Lazard could do as the No. 2 receiver in this offense, but he just can't stay healthy. Lazard is currently dealing with a core injury that may or may not make him miss this week's game. Even if he is able to suit up, it is best to keep him on your bench anyways since he will likely be on a limited snap count. Plus, Marquez Valdes-Scantling played well last week, catching all 6 of his targets for 85 yards and a touchdown. It looks like he will be operating as the No. 2 receiver at least until Lazard is fully healthy.
