It's a battle between two teams starting backup quarterbacks as the San Francisco 49ers (5-8) take on the Dallas Cowboys (4-9) in Week 15 NFL action. The 49ers are 4-2 in away games this season and head into this one as 3-point road favorites, according to FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL betting odds.

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 15 49ers-Cowboys showdown.

Jeff Wilson Jr. Fantasy

Start Jeff Wilson Jr., RB, San Francisco 49ers: Starting running back Raheem Mostert just can't stay healthy, and that opens the door for Jeff Wilson Jr. once again. Wilson racked up 44 total yards last week on 12 touches and scored a rushing touchdown as well. He draws a fantastic matchup in Week 15 as the Cowboys have been gashed by the run all season, allowing the most rushing yards per game in the NFL (162.7). They have also given up 13 rushing touchdowns this season, which is tied for the fourth-highest mark in the league. Wilson has a lot of upside if he is the team's starter this week and is worthy of a play in your FLEX spot.

Amari Cooper Fantasy

Start Amari Cooper, WR, Dallas Cowboys: If anyone on the Cowboys' offense is excelling right now, it's Amari Cooper. He has scored a touchdown in three straight games now and is quarterback Andy Dalton's favorite option in the passing game. He has seen an average of 7.3 targets per game over the last four weeks, including 5 targets in the red zone during that span. He now goes up against a 49ers defense has given up 15 touchdowns to opposing wide receivers this season. That number ties for the seventh-highest mark in the league. Cooper has been consistent and proven he's worthy of a start week in, week out.

Kendrick Bourne Fantasy

Sit Kendrick Bourne, WR, San Francisco 49ers: Starting wide receiver Deebo Samuel suffered a hamstring injury last week that will cause him to miss the rest of the season. This allows an opportunity for Kendrick Bourne to see more targets in the passing game. While that may be true, it doesn't mean he should be starting in your fantasy football lineup this week. Bourne hasn't had more than 42 receiving yards since Week 8 and has just 1 touchdown on the season. He hasn't shown any signs of being a reliable fantasy player. He is a solid add for depth purposes, but he should be kept on your bench this week.

Dalton Schultz Fantasy

Sit Dalton Schultz, TE, Dallas Cowboys: Dalton Schultz has become a go-to target for Dalton in the passing game, but draws a nightmare matchup this week. The 49ers have shut down opposing tight ends all season, giving up just 399 yards to the position all season (fewest in the NFL) and just three touchdowns to TEs (fourth-fewest in the league). If you're looking to stream a tight end, there are a lot of better options out there. Schultz should not be in your starting lineup this week.
