Week 11 Fantasy Picks: Start 'Em, Sit 'Em for Lions vs Browns

The Detroit Lions will get another crack at earning their first win of the season when they take on the Cleveland Browns in Week 11 NFL action. FanDuel Sportsbook has the Browns slated as heavy 10-point home favorites in a game that is expected to get out of hand early on.
If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 11 showdown.
D'Andre Swift Fantasy
Start D'Andre Swift, RB, Detroit Lions: It's safe to say that the only player on the Detroit Lions' roster fantasy managers can trust to start right now is running back D'Andre Swift. The second-year pro carried the ball a season-high 33 times and posted 135 total yards in a tie against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 10. Head coach Dan Campbell is going to have to rely on Swift once again if the Lions want any shot of keeping this game close. It's worth noting that the Brown have allowed 4 receiving touchdowns to opposing RBs. Look for Swift to carry this Detroit offense on his back once again.
Nick Chubb Fantasy
Start Nick Chubb, RB, Cleveland Browns: Fantasy managers may be hesitant to immediately slide Nick Chubb back into a starting spot assuming he suits up on Sunday. The powerful running back has been dealing with COVID-19, but he couldn't have asked for a better matchup in his return. The Lions have posted the fourth-worst rush defense DVOA rating in the NFL and are giving up the fourth-most PPR fantasy points to opposing RBs. Chubb is averaging a league-leading 6.0 yards per rushing attempt this season on 17.1 carries per game. Simply put, he is a clear-cut RB1 in fantasy football when healthy.
Jared Goff Fantasy
Sit Jared Goff, QB, Detroit Lions: Don't get it twisted, this is an amazing matchup for quarterback Jared Goff and one that makes him seem like a viable streaming option this week. However, he has been horrible this season from a fantasy football perspective. The first-year Lion has thrown for under 300 yards in all but one game this year and has tossed just 8 touchdowns across 9 starts. It's important to point out that Goff also heads into this game a bit banged up with an oblique injury. That's just another reason to avoid starting the 27-year-old in any way possible this week.
Austin Hooper Fantasy
Sit Austin Hooper, TE, Cleveland Browns: Tight end Austin Hooper is going to be an underrated waiver wire pickup this week after he hauled in his second touchdown pass of the season in Week 10. That doesn't mean he is worth a start just yet, though. Hooper has failed to surpass 42 receiving yards in any game this season and is averaging a career-low 8.7 yards per reception. He is merely a dump-off option for quarterback Baker Mayfield and draws a tough matchup in Week 10. The Lions are allowing the 11th-fewest PPR fantasy points to opposing TEs this season, which includes only 2 touchdowns. While Hooper is a solid TE2, that is all for right now.
