Two teams aiming to make the playoffs in 2021 meet head-to-head in Week 1 as the Arizona Cardinals go on the road to take on the Tennessee Titans. Tennessee enters this matchup as a slight 3-point home favorite, according to NFL odds posted on FanDuel Sportsbook.

If you need some help with your fantasy football lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 1 clash.

Kyler Murray Fantasy

Start Kyler Murray, QB, Arizona Cardinals: The stellar play from quarterback Kyler Murray was the one of the reasons the Cardinals almost made the playoffs last season. He now enters his third NFL season with a great opening matchup. The Titans gave up the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks and allowed 270.8 passing yards per game (fifth-most in the NFL) in 2020. With a game total set at 52.5, oddsmakers expect this one to turn into a shootout. That only aides Murray from a fantasy football perspective. He is a must-start QB in Week 1.

Julio Jones Fantasy

Start Julio Jones, WR, Tennessee Titans: The Cardinals defense was sneaky good last season giving up just 22.9 points per game (T-No. 11 in NFL). Look for Julio Jones to be the difference maker in a game expected to go down to the wire. The first-year Tennessee Titan has been a fantasy football star over his 10-year career. Jones now gets to go up against a shaky secondary for the Cardinals. Arizona lost starter Patrick Peterson this past offseason and is now forced to start Markus Golden and Byron Murphy Jr. at cornerback. A motivated Julio Jones should have no trouble taking advantage on some deep routes down the field.

Chase Edmonds Fantasy

Sit Chase Edmonds, RB, Arizona Cardinals: Facing the Titans' defense benefits almost every offensive position for the Cardinals. If there is someone to fade on this team right now, it would be running back Chase Edmonds. Arizona signed James Conner this offseason and could easily employ a two-head monster in the backfield. Keep in mind that Edmonds was outsnapped by Kenyan Drake last season. The coaching staff has yet to show that they trust Edmonds to take on a workhorse role on this team (9.4 touches per game in 2020). Fantasy managers should keep Edmonds on the bench until he proves his worth.

Anthony Firkser Fantasy

Sit Anthony Firkser, TE, Tennessee Titans: Anothony Firkser is a popular name when it comes to breakout tight ends given he is expected to take on the role Jonnu Smith left behind. However, he should not be trusted as a starter right away. Smith was a featured option in the passing game last season, but still only saw 65 targets in 15 games played (4.3 average). With the addition of wide receiver Julio Jones, quarterback Ryan Tannehill could look for his tight end even less in 2021. The Cardinals gave up the sixth-least amount of fantasy points to opposing TEs in 2020. Firkser is not a TE1 this week.
