VIDEO: Jordan Love Throwing Dimes at Packers Training Camp

When the Green Bay Packers selected Jordan Love in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft, they were met with plenty of criticism. This wasn't criticism about Love as an NFL prospect, however, but about the decision to spend their top pick on a QB when Aaron Rodgers is still playing at a high level.
Packers training camp is now underway, and footage has already emerged of Love throwing some absolute dimes.

Would spending their first-round pick on a wide receiver have put the Packers in a better position to succeed in the short term while Rodgers is still in his prime? Probably, but if any team knows about drafting a QB to develop for the future, it's the Pack.
Rodgers himself sat on the bench for three years before taking over for Brett Favre as the starting QB in Green Bay, and that move worked out just fine. Love's physical tools give him an incredibly high ceiling, and he's already looking mighty good while slinging it at practice.

The future in Green Bay could be very exciting if Love can continue making strides to reach his full potential while learning behind one of the game's greats.
