Updated Odds to Win 2019 Women's Wimbledon Tournament After 15-Year-Old Coco Gauff Advances

Even though big-name players like Serena Williams and Ashleigh Barty are still alive in the 2019 Wimbledon Women's Singles Tournament, most of the attention is focused on Cori "Coco" Gauff. This should hardly come as a surprise though, as Coco has been putting on a show, and she's doing it all at just 15 years old.
Still, that isn't enough to make Coco (+1800) the betting favorite, as Barty (+290), Karolína Plíšková (+350) and Williams (+700) are well ahead of her in the odds to win it all, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

Coco will look to keep her magical run alive in her next match against Simona Halep, who is currently a -380 favorite to defeat Guaff. Halep is also available at +1200 to win Wimbledon outright.
As for some of intriguing dark horses, Johanna Konta is available at +1800, and Belinda Bencic is listed at +2700.

Even though Barty is still the favorite, it wouldn't be a shock to see someone like Williams or Pliskova take home the trophy when all is said and done. Still, you have to imagine most of the eyes will be on the Coco's electric run.
