The 23-year-old starting pitcher has pitched at all three levels of the Marlins' system this year and has performed fantastically. In 13 starts he has a 2.93 ERA with 92 strikeouts in just 61.1 innings pitched.
If the highly touted prospect can continue this type of performance in the majors, he will become a crucial piece of this young Marlins team and rotation, giving Miami fans plenty to cheer about.
