It's getting harder and harder to find high-upside tight ends to pick up off the waiver wire as the NFL season rolls on. Many of the rising stars at the position are beginning to graduate from being borderline plays to clear-cut starters.

Nevertheless, there are still a few names out there worth keeping an eye on. Here are the top-three streaming tight ends, rostered in fewer than 50% of Yahoo! fantasy leagues, to target in Week 12.

Streaming TEs Week 12

1. Tyler Conklin, Minnesota Vikings (36% Rostered)

Minnesota' Tyler Conklin has been featured on this list for each of the last few weeks as his number continues to creep toward that 50% threshold. The Vikings' starter came into the year with almost no expectations and is now the TE13 in PPR scoring leagues. That goes to show how involved he has been on this offense. Conklin has seen 27 targets over his last five games and turned them into 219 yards and 2 touchdowns. His consistency sticks out at a position that is usually hit-or-miss. Conklin draws a tough matchup in Week 12, but his volume of work alone makes him a borderline TE1 once again.

2. Even Engram, New York Giants (32% Rostered)

Starting any tight end that faces the Eagles has been a great strategy to employ in fantasy football this season. Philadelphia is giving up the most PPR fantasy points to the position and has allowed an opposing TE to score a touchdown 9 times this season (T-Most in NFL). Engram has become a reliable red zone option for quarterback Daniel Jones and has scored a touchdown in two of his last three games played. The fifth-year pro seems to have improved on the drop issues that plagued him last season, which makes him a high-upside streaming TE on Sunday.

3. Austin Hooper, Cleveland Browns (22% Rostered)

It may surprise fantasy managers to find out that tight end Austin Hooper led the Cleveland Browns with 53 receiving yards in Week 11. He took on a bigger role in the passing attack seeing a season-high 7 targets (65% snap rate). Hooper has a great opportunity to keep his momentum going against a struggling Ravens' defense. Baltimore has posted the sixth-worst pass defense DVOA rating in the NFL and is allowing the sixth-most PPR fantasy points to opposing TEs. Fantasy managers in need of some help at the position should target Hooper on the waiver wire this week.
