We're now into the semifinals of the fantasy football playoffs in most leagues. From here on out, every single fantasy point matters that much more. If you need an upgrade at quarterback, don't be afraid to pull the plug on your starter in favor of a QB with a great matchup in Week 15.

Here are our top three streaming quarterback picks, rostered in fewer than 50% of Yahoo! leagues, to target in Week 15.

3. Jalen Hurts, QB, Philadelphia Eagles (17% Rostered)

Because of his lack of experience, Jalen Hurts is a much riskier option than the next two names on this list. But his upside is undeniable. Making his first-career NFL start in Week 14, Hurts dropped 19.3 fantasy points on the New Orleans Saints, who came into Sunday as the hottest defense in the league. The Arizona Cardinals aren't the easiest matchup, but they're not even in the same stratosphere as the Saints. Plus, rushing QBs are essentially a cheat code in fantasy football. Hurts' 106 rushing yards (on 18 carries) more than made up for the uninspiring 167-yard, 1-TD performance he recorded through the air. Even though Hurts isn't a known commodity, his rushing output gives him a much higher floor than you might expect, and he's got a pretty decent ceiling to boot.

2. Philip Rivers, QB, Indianapolis Colts (41% Rostered)

Philip Rivers has been as solid as it gets recently. The 39-year-old QB has put up at least 17.5 fantasy points in four straight outings, averaging 19.1 per game in that time. That figure would make Rivers the QB12 on a per-game basis. Don't expect him to slow down in Week 15, as he faces a Houston Texans' defense that allows top-10 fantasy production to opposing QBs.

1. Derek Carr, QB, Las Vegas Raiders (47% Rostered)

Another red-hot veteran, Derek Carr is rolling right now. The Las Vegas Raiders' signal-caller has put up at least 23.0 in back-to-back games, averaging an absurd 27.8 per contest in that stretch. And like Rivers, Carr also should benefit from a matchup with a lackluster pass defense. The Los Angeles Chargers surrender top-10 fantasy production to the position, and FanDuel Sportsbook is giving this one a 53.5-point over/under. That's the highest total of the week. Facing a beatable defense in a game with legit shootout potential, Carr has a high floor and a massive ceiling in Week 15. That's always a winning fantasy formula.
