With elite fantasy producers like Patrick Mahomes and Kirk Cousins on bye this week, you might need to find a streaming quarterback option on the waiver wire.

If you need a bye week replacement, or are just looking for a looking for a potential upgrade, here are three quarterbacks, all owned in fewer than 50 percent of Yahoo! Fantasy Football leagues, that could be solid streaming options in Week 12.

3. Nick Foles, Jacksonville Jaguars (31% Owned)

Nick Foles shook off the rust from his nine-week absence, throwing for 296 yards and two touchdowns in his first full game as the Jacksonville Jaguars starter. Things could get even better for him in Week 12 though, as he draws a matchup against a Tennessee Titans' defense that comes in at No. 22 in Football Outsiders' DVOA rankings. Even if his ceiling isn't particularly high, Foles looks poised for a solid game in Week 12.

2. Sam Darnold, New York Jets (22% Owned)

You likely won't feel great about starting Sam Darnold, but he's actually been pretty effective from a fantasy perspective recently. Over his last three games, Darnold is averaging 261.0 passing yards and 2.0 touchdowns per contest. He should also benefit from playing the Raiders, a bottom-10 secondary per Football Outsiders, as Oakland is also surrendering the eighth-most fantasy points per game to opposing passers.

1. Ryan Tannehill, Tennessee Titans (21% Owned)

Ryan Tannehill has completely revitalized the Titans' passing attack. He's averaging 254.3 passing yards and 2.0 TDs per game since Week 7, and he's also a threat on the ground, adding 19.8 rushing yards per game during that same span. That rushing ability helps raise Tannehill's floor on a weekly basis, and he's posted at least 18.0 fantasy points in each game since he officially took over as the starter. The Jacksonville Jaguars are a solid defense, though not nearly as dynamic as they have been in the past, and Tannehill should be able to post another solid game here.
