The AFC South division seems to be up for grabs this season and the Tennessee Titans will be looking to take home the divisional crown for the second year in a row. Their fans will be glad to see where quarterback Ryan Tannehill & company check in at in ESPN's latest NFL power rankings.

Titans News

The Titans slide in at the No. 9 spot sandwiched in between two NFC West rivals in the Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers. They are slowly beginning to rise as Week 1 gets closer and that may have something to do with the massive splash they made in free agency this past offseason.

Tennessee went all-in on offense by acquiring seven-time Pro Bowler Julio Jones from the Atlanta Falcons. He joins A.J. Brown in what is now one of the best wide receiver duos in the NFL. Both Jones and Brown are coming off 2020 season in which they averaged at least 75 receiving yards per game.

Head coach Mike Vrabel knows how important defense is and that is the one aspect of the game Tennessee needs to improve on. The Titans allowed 27.0 points per game last season (No. 24 in NFL).

All things considered, Tennessee looks poised to make another playoff run this season and its fans should be excited to see this team flourish. The Titans currently have odds set at -110 to win the AFC South and odds set at +2500 to win the Super Bowl, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
