Kingsbarns won his stakes debut Saturday in impressive fashion, going wire-to-wire and drawing clear for a 3 1/2-length victory over Disarm - the top two picks in FanDuel Racing's preview that paid $94.60 on a $2 exacta wager on FanDuel Racing. The lightly-raced Todd Pletcher-trained colt did not race as a 2-year-old, but has been special in three starts his sophomore season on the Road to the Kentucky Derby.

Kingsbarns, named for a golf course in Scotland, has birdied every hole on his way to Churchill Downs for the 2023 Kentucky Derby. The son of Uncle Mo and was purchased by Spendthrift Farm for $800,000 at the Fasig-Tipton Gulfstream auction.
