Raiders General Manager
It seemed like only a matter of time before Spytek started to receive some recognition for his recent success. The long-time NFL scout played a key role in the Buccaneers' Super Bowl run in 2020-21 and helped find a way to bring back all 22 starters from that team, which had never been done before.
Spytek also helped Tampa Bay's front office sign quarterback Tom Brady in the summer of 2020 and has aided in the drafting of numerous impact players since 2016. Players that include the likes of linebacker Devin White, offensive lineman Tristan Wirfs and cornerback Antoine Winfield Jr..
Before joining the Buccaneers, Spytek spent time working with the Philadelphia Eagles, Cleveland Browns and Denver Broncos. Overall, the former Michigan linebacker has 18 years of NFL scouting experience to his name and has proven that he has what it takes to take over the reins.
Las Vegas is also considering hiring New England Patriots director of player personnel Dave Ziegler, Indianapolis Colts assistant GM Ed Dodds, Bears assistant director of player personnel Champ Kelly, Cincinnati Bengals scout Trey Brown or Raiders director of pro personnel Dwayne Joseph.
For now, all Las Vegas fans can do is wait and see who will be tasked with guiding the Raiders organization to its first Super Bowl title since 1984.
