The Seattle Seahawks are on the clock to make an important personnel decision regarding cornerback Tre Brown on Tuesday. Brown has been stuck on the reserve/PUP list this entire season but his 21-day window to be added to the active roster closes on Wednesday.
According to Seahawks insider Brady Henderson, Pete Carroll told reporters the team will "likely activate" the young defensive back this week.
Brown suffered a season-ending injury against the Arizona Cardinals last November, cutting his rookie season short after five games. He was viewed as a very promising addition to the secondary, making three starts and combining for 10 tackles in a short span.
Seattle made Brown's activation official Tuesday afternoon, clearing the way for him to return to the field.
