The opening odds to win the Heisman Trophy favored Alabama's Tua Tagovailoa, along with Clemson QB Trevor Lawrence. Since the 2019 college football season kicked off, there were a few weeks of movement, but Tua is back on top heading into Week 5, with +300 odds to take home the Heisman Trophy, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

The Alabama Crimson Tide QB has led his team to a 4-0 record, and is fifth among FBS signal callers with exactly 1,300 passing yards. Tagovailoa also has 17 passing touchdowns to zero interceptions, while adding one score on the ground.

Behind Tua are two other QBs, Jalen Hurts of the Oklahoma Sooners and Joe Burrow of the LSU Tigers, both at +400 to win the Heisman. Burrow is second among FBS QBs with 1,520 yards, to go along with 17 TDs and two picks. Hurts has 880 yards through the air, with nine TDs to zero INTs, but he's done plenty of damage on the ground with 373 rushing yards and four touchdowns.

Rounding out the top five in Heisman odds, according to FanDuel Sportsbook, are Wisconsin running back Jonathan Taylor (+900) and Ohio State quarterback Justin Fields (+1000). Taylor is up to 440 rushing yards (7.6 yards per carry) and 10 total TDs, while Fields has thrown for 880 yards and 13 touchdowns, adding six rushing scores.

Meanwhile, preseason co-favorite Lawrence has tumbled all the way down to +2500 odds. The Clemson Tigers QB has struggled early in the 2019 season, throwing seven touchdowns to five interceptions, but his team remains undefeated at 4-0.

With months of football still left to be played, we'll have to wait and see if Tua remains atop the Heisman odds for the rest of the 2019 season.
