Harris has taken full advantage of these opportunities thanks to his 71.8 rushing yards per game. And now, the rookie is already on the cusp of making franchise history.
With 37 scrimmage yards tonight, Steelers RB Najee Harris will become the first rookie in franchise history with at least 1,000 scrimmage yards in his first 10 career games.

Harris has accounted for 32% of Pittsburgh's scrimmage yards this season, second most in the NFL.
The former Alabama product needs just 37 yards from scrimmage tonight to reach 1,000 scrimmage yards on the year. He'll become the first Steelers rookie to ever accomplish that feat in his first 10 games.
Harris is a true workhorse, accounting for 78% of Pittsburgh's total rushing attempts and 25% receiving targets.
After averaging 107.0 yards from scrimmage through nine games, Harris will have no problem hitting this mark in Sunday Night Football's clash with the Los Angeles Chargers.
