The Los Angeles Rams are on the cusp of securing their fourth playoff berth in the last five seasons, but they need some help in order to lock it down in Week 15. The Rams will look to get their end of the deal done by taking down the Seattle Seahawks in an exciting NFC West showdown on Tuesday.

With that being said, here's how the Rams can clinch a postseason spot in Week 15.

Rams Playoff Spot

The first step to any clinching scenario is the Rams earning a victory. Head coach Sean McVay owns an all-time record of 7-3 against Seattle and has taken them down in four of the last five matchups. The Rams are slated as 5.5-point home favorites in that game, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

Assuming the Rams can hold up their side of the bargain, it is up to the New Orleans Saints and Minnesota Vikings to lose/tie their respective games.

The Saints would have to pull off an upset to beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday Night Football as massive 11.5-point underdogs. On the other hand, the Vikings enter Monday Night Football as 5.5-point home favorites against The Chicago Bears and are fighting for their playoff lives.

The only way for the Rams to clinch a playoff spot if one of the Vikings or Saints win, is for the matchup between the Washington Football Team and Philadelphia Eagles to end in a tie. The likelihood of that happening is very low given there has only been one tie in the NFL this season.
