Week 10 of the NFL season will see some players held out of action while others will be making their return from multi-week absences. Two of the most prominent returnees are wide receivers Davante Adams, of the Green Bay Packers, and Desean Jackson, of the Philadelphia Eagles.

With injuries constantly creating fantasy value for backups, here are three players that should be on your radar come Sunday.

1. Jaylen Samuels Likely Steelers Workhorse With James Conner Doubtful to Play

The Pittsburgh Steelers are likely to be without starting running back James Conner this week, who is doubtful with a shoulder injury. With rookie Benny Snell already ruled out due to a knee issue, Jaylen Samuels will assume an every-down role in a home matchup with the Indianapolis Colts. Samuels possesses a lot of fantasy appeal, especially in PPR formats due to his receiving ability, but does have a tough matchup against a Colts defense that is allowing the eighth-fewest fantasy points to running backs. Still, Samuels' big role makes him a low-end RB1, with four teams on bye this week. He's ranked as RB10 in our Week 9 rankings.

2. T.Y. Hilton Out With Multi-Week Injury Opening Door For Zach Pascal

The Indianapolis Colts received some tough news on T.Y. Hilton heading into Week 10, as the wide receiver will miss 3-4 weeks with a calf injury. While the Colts figure to go very run heavy in his absence, the injury still creates an opportunity for at least one other wide receiver to emerge for Indianapolis. The best candidate looks to be Zach Pascal, who caught six balls for 106 yards and two touchdowns just two weeks ago. The matchup against the Steelers isn't great, as they give up the 17th fewest fantasy points to wide receivers. Still, Pascal's uptick in volume could lead to good things in the coming weeks, making him a worthwhile pickup as long as Hilton is out the lineup.

3. If Active Cameron Brate Remains TE Steamer With O.J. Howard Out

Cameron Brate looked like a good streaming option at tight end last week, with O.J. Howard out with a hamstring injury, but fizzled in a good matchup against the Tennessee Titans. However, with Howard out again, Brate is worth firing up for owners desperate at TE in Week 9, as he's shown chemistry with QB Jameis Winston in the past. Brate gets a plus matchup against the Seattle Seahawks, who give up the fourth most fantasy points to tight ends. If Howard's injury lingers into Week 11, Brate will draw an even better matchup against the Arizona Cardinals, who give up the most fantasy points to tight ends. Just be sure to check on Brate's status as he remains questionable for Sunday's contest.
