Fantasy Football Week 3 Rankings for Standard Leagues by Position

The 2019 NFL season threw us a whole new set of obstacles in Week 2, including injuries to two franchise quarterbacks. A second week of stats at our disposal also gives us a much better indication of which Week 1 performances were one-off anomalies, and which ones look like the start of season-long trends.
