Anybody with at least one Los Angeles Dodgers' hitter in their fantasy lineup Thursday afternoon has to be feeling pretty good about how their fantasy baseball season will pan out this year.

The Dodgers smacked an incredible eight homers in their 12-5 win over the Arizona Diamondbacks Thursday afternoon, setting a new Opening Day record in the process.

Joc Pederson and Kike Hernandez combined for four of the eight homers crushed on the afternoon, with the former leading the Dodgers with 4 RBI's. Corey Seager, Austin Barnes, Max Muncy and Cody Bellinger were responsible for the rest of the damage.

The hot start to the 2019 season bodes well for anyone with an L.A. batter on their roster, but Zack Greinke owners are singing a completely different tune. Arizona's ace was responsible for half of the balls hit over the outfield wall by the Dodgers, culminating in seven earned runs allowed in just 3.2 innings pitched on the afternoon.

It remains to be seen whether or not this will be a continuing trend for Greinke, but if there's anything that fantasy owners can take away from Opening Day in L.A., it's that the Dodgers look to be worthy of their World Series contender status in 2019.
