De'Andre Hunter Stats

Hunter was a crucial member of Virginia's 2018-19 squad that captured the NCAA Tournament championship. The 6' 7" forward posted 15.2 points, 5.1 rebounds and 2.0 assists per contest. An underrated part of his game too is how efficient he is shooting the ball.

This past campaign, the 21-year-old standout shot 52 percent from the floor. This was obviously something head coach Tony Bennett loved to see. It'll certainly be a selling point for him as well when he meets with team scouts ahead of the 2019 NBA Draft.

De'Andre Hunter Jr. NBA Draft Predictions

Los Angeles Lakers (No. 4), Chicago Bulls (No. 7)

There's no question Hunter's versatility makes him one of the top prospects for this year's NBA Draft. But, which team will grab him? With LeBron James still in town, Hunter could be a solid pick for Los Angeles at No. 4. Not only does Hunter shoot the ball exceptionally well, but his 7-2 wingspan makes him a tough defender to get by.

Should he fall to the Chicago Bulls at No. 7, the team from the Windy City would be wise to snag him up. Hunter could bring something special to Chicago, a city which hasn't made it back to the NBA Finals since the days of Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen and Co. Taking Hunter at No. 7 might end up being a no-brainer.
