Updated (Friday, April 29, 1:48 a.m. ET): Daxton Hill came off the board at No. 31, landing with the Cincinnati Bengals. Hill is versatile enough to make an impact at either corner or safety, and he could be the long-term replacement for Jesse Bates, who Cincinnati franchise tagged this offseason. Daxton Hill was widely regarded as a Day 2 pick early in the pre-draft process, but has seen his draft stock rise over the last few weeks. His performance at the NFL combine has caused a lot of analysts to believe he will hear his name called during the first round.

If you're looking to familiarize yourself with the 21-year-old and his ballhawk capabilities, here's everything you need to know about the young cornerback.

Daxton Hill Draft Stock & Draft Projection

Round 1
- Philadelphia Eagles (No. 18) - 1
Round 2
- Detroit Lions (No. 34) - 1
- Seattle Seahawks (No. 41) - 1

Hill's draft stock seems to be a bit all over the place according to these mock drafts. Keep in mind Philadelphia likely isn't his only realistic first round landing spot given both the Buffalo Bills (No. 25) and Kansas City Chiefs (No. 29 & 30) have a need for help in the secondary.
