The Tampa Bay Buccaneers dropped their second straight game in week 10 after a disappointing 29-19 loss to the Washington Football Team. Head coach Bruce Arians was not pleased with his team's performance and let them hear it during his postgame conference.
Arians did not mince his words when discussing his team's performance that was marred by six penalties and numerous mental errors.
"It has nothing to do with ability. It's about execution and being a smart football team. We're a very dumb football team. And that's a reflection on the coaches."- Bruce Arians
Week 10's loss was the first time all season the defending Super Bowl Champs dropped two consecutive games, moving their record to 6-3.
While Tampa Bay still sits atop the NFC South, the 5-4 New Orleans Saints are certainly on its heels. The Buccaneers enter Week 11 with the second-best odds to win Super Bowl 56 (+600) on FanDuel Sportsbook. The hope is that the harsh postgame message was the exact kick in the rear this team needed.
