Denver Broncos wide receiver Jerry Jeudy was barely on the field in Week 10, playing in just 1 percent of the team's offensive snaps before departing with an injury.
Now, Jeudy will have an MRI on Monday because the team believes he strained a muscle behind his ankle. He was unable to put pressure on it while walking off.
Jerry Jeudy Injury Update
The results of the pending MRI will determine how much time Jeudy needs to miss, but this is already sounding like a multi-week issue.
It's a disappointing setback for Jeudy, who was finally starting to heat up with 13 catches on 18 targets for 159 receiving yards and a touchdown in his last two games combined prior to Week 10.
While Jeudy hasn't been stellar this season, he's still a big part of Denver's offense and losing him will hurt, as he was beginning to build chemistry with Russell Wilson.
There's a good chance the Broncos will be without Jeudy when they take on the Las Vegas Raiders at home in Week 11. Denver is currently listed as a 2.5-point favorite on FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL odds.
