Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Sammy Watkins is listed as questionable for tonight's mega-matchup against the Los Angeles Rams, putting his fantasy football owners in a tough bind -- will they be able to start him or not?

Adding wideout Gehrig Dieter off the practice squad doesn't appear to be good news for Watkins' status. If you're in that difficult spot tonight, you're in luck, because there are still some viable options from the game with the highest NFL total in over 30 years.

Watkins owners will likely be scouring the waiver wire for a FLEX option tonight, so with a ton of points likely going up there are more than a few guys that can fall backward into fantasy points.

We can start the search on Watkins' own team -- his 70.8 snap rate is the second-highest amongst Chiefs' receivers, so guys like Chris Conley and Demarcus Robinson will certainly see more targets. Conley is the biggest beneficiary here, as he's already playing 68.3 percent of the snaps, and he's only owned in 1 percent of all Yahoo! Fantasy Football leagues.

Rams receiver Josh Reynolds has been scooped up already in 43 percent of all Yahoo! Fantasy Football leagues, but tight end Tyler Higbee and running back Malcolm Brown are certainly worthy of pickups if you're in a bind. Higbee is only owned in 1 percent of leagues while Brown is only picked up by 7 of the public.

Both guys could be in for sporadic production, as KC is allowing the most FanDuel fantasy points to opposing running backs this season and eighth-most points to tight ends. Higbee is clearly the better of the Rams' options as he plays 77.5 percent of the snaps this season, while Brown is only playing at a 15.8 percent rate behind the best running back in football.

With Watkins missing practice this last two days, fantasy owners should definitely act on getting a replacement sooner than later.
