5 Best Prop Bets for New York Giants-Atlanta Falcons Monday Night Football Game

The New York Giants will take on the Atlanta Falcons on Monday Night Football and the game is expected to be a high-scoring affair. Based on the fact that there are some pretty interesting prop bets that involve players from both teams padding the stat sheet tonight, the oddsmakers clearly agree.

Here are five props you should consider betting on for tonight's game.

1. Matt Ryan: Throws for 350+ Yards & Falcons Win (+230)

On the surface, this seems like a pretty solid bet, but it's no sure thing when you take a closer look. As bad as the Giants have been this season, their passing defense has been surprisingly solid. Through six games this season, New York has held opposing quarterbacks to 236.3 yards per game. Also, while Matt Ryan has thrown for 350-plus yards three times this season, the Falcons are just 1-2 in those games.

2. Odell Beckham Jr: 100+ Yards Receiving & Giants Win (+400)

The Falcons' defense is allowing 307.5 yards receiving per game and already allowed three receivers to record at least 100 yards against them this season. Knowing that, you have to really like Odell Beckham Jr's chances of eclipsing the 100-yard barrier. The Giants winning, on the other hand, is a completely different story. New York has struggled to protect Eli Manning this year and if the pass rush gets to him early and often, the Giants may leave Atlanta with another tally in the loss column.

3. Tevin Coleman: Scores a Touchdown (+110)

Tevin Coleman has been kept out of the end zone on three occasions this season and figures to share snaps with rookie Ito Smith tonight. However, you have to like his chances of scoring against the Giants. New York has allowed a running back to score a touchdown in every contest they've played so far this year. Smith may be a threat to vulture a score, but this is probably one of the safest bets you could make tonight.

4. Saquon Barkley: Scores the First Touchdown (+600)

Saquon Barkley is an all-world talent that's capable of a game-breaking play on any given snap, but it's hard to like his chances of scoring the game's first TD. The Giants offense has been slow out of the gate all year, scoring a touchdown on their opening drive in just two of their six games this season. And if the Falcons get the ball first, you can forget about it. It may be worth putting money down though, considering how Atlanta's defense allows a 5.1-yard-per-carry average to opposing backs.

5. Julio Jones: Scores 2+ Touchdowns (+650)

It's hard to believe that Julio Jones has been kept out of the end zone all season and you have to think he's due for a score or two, right? While it's possible he finally gets one, two seems like a stretch. The Giants' defense has only allowed five touchdowns to opposing receivers and only Alshon Jeffrey was capable of scoring more than one. The odds are stacked against him, but Jones is one of the most talented wideouts in the league and is more than capable of beating the odds.
