There's no beating around the bush on this one -- the Seattle Seahawks' backfield has been an absolute mess and has given fantasy football owners headaches this season.

Chris Carson, Rashaad Penny, and Mike Davis have all seen their fair share of snaps in Seattle's committee backfield, but judging by his Week 3 usage, it seems that Carson may have separated himself from the pack.

The above is an encouraging sign as to who is the right back to own in Seattle. However, considering Carson missed Week 4 due to injury and Davis had a career day in his place, it's still too early make an accurate judgment call.

Personally, I'd stay away from anyone in Seattle's backfield this weekend. It's way too volatile a situation and the offensive line in front of them is so terrible that each runner is barely a viable fantasy option in PPR leagues.

However, if you're in desperate need of a running back and this is the only crop you have to choose from, then Carson is your best bet based on the higher volume of touches he's seen when healthy.
