The Baylor Bears closed on FanDuel Sportsbook at +7 for the first quarter of their game against the Oklahoma Sooners this afternoon. For a game where Oklahoma starting quarterback Kyler Murray didn't start, it seemed like a solid bet. Murray ended up missing just the first series, which accounted for less than two minutes of game time.
The reason it only accounted for two minutes is because Baylor muffed the punt after Oklahoma's first drive, with the Sooners recovering the ball inside Baylor's 10-yard line. Murray then threw a TD pass on his second play to put Oklahoma up 7-0.
Finally, down by two touchdowns, Baylor put together a solid drive and scored a touchdown near the end of the first quarter.

Bettors thought they were going home with at least a push. All the Bears had to do was knock in the chip-shot extra point.
