3 Buffalo Bills Bold Predictions for Week 2
By Larry Rupp

The Buffalo Bills go on the road to play the Miami Dolphins in Week 2 NFL action this week following their win against the New York Jets. As 6-point favorites, according to FanDuel Sportsbook, the Bills are expected to start the year with consecutive wins within the AFC East division.
With that in mind, here are three bold predictions for the Bills against the Dolphins.
1. The Bills Defense Records At Least 2 Interceptions
The Bills' defense was able to pick off quarterback Sam Darnold once last week and should have even better luck in this matchup. Ryan Fitzpatrick struggled last week throwing 3 interceptions in a loss to the New England Patriots. The Bills have multiple playmakers on defense including cornerback Tre'Davious White, who led the team with 6 interceptions last season. Facing a Bills' run defense that held the Jets to just 52 total rushing yards last week, look for Fitzpatrick and the Dolphins to have to air the ball out. If that is the case, White and the rest of the defense should be able to capitalize on the opportunity and pick Fitzpatrick a couple times.
2. Josh Allen Runs for 60+ Yards And a Touchdown
One of the biggest storylines of Week 1 was Cam Newton carving the Dolphins' defense for 75 rushing yards and 2 rushing touchdowns. The Dolphins aren't able to catch a break with Josh Allen now coming to town. Allen ran for 510 rushing yards last season to go along with 9 rushing touchdowns and picked up right where he left off with 57 rushing yards against the Jets in Week 1. The running aspect of Allen's game is crucial to the team's success as the Bills won every game last season where Allen had at least 10 carries. Don't be surprised if he is able to post at least 60 rushing yards in this game and find the end zone himself.
3. Stefon Diggs Hauls in 10+ Receptions
No one knew quite what to expect for Stefon Diggs in the first game with his new team in Week 1. He was able to haul in 8 receptions for 86 yards and looks to be Allen's No. 1 option in the passing game. Fellow wide receiver John Brown is nursing a foot injury this week and may not be 100 percent healthy for the game, which could lead to an increase in targets for Diggs. The Dolphins gave up the seventh-most passing yards per game last season (262.4), which makes this a great spot for the passing game here. Diggs has an opportunity to have a big game this week.
