Two Eastern Conference teams will face off on Friday night as the Cleveland Cavaliers take on the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden. Neither team boasts a great road (3-5) or home (3-4) record, so it's anyone's ball game.
Cavs vs Knicks Prop Bets
1. Julius Randle - Points: Over 22.5 (-104)
Julius Randle is lighting up the scoreboard this year, averaging a career-high 22.5 points per game. The forward has scored 23-plus points in two of his last three games, and he put up 28 against this Cavs squad when they previously met on Jan. 15. If Randle's teammates struggle to score against a sneaky tough Cleveland defense, that will only heighten the forward's scoring opportunities on Friday.
2. Elfrid Payton - Assists: Under 3.5 (+108)
Elfrid Payton's playing time is on a downward trend, with the starter playing less than 25 minutes in the team's last two contests. Payton's diminishing playing time has coincided with Immanuel Quickley emerging off the bench for New York. Payton has failed to post more than three assists in each of his last three games, so it's hard to see him hitting the over given his rocky status in the Knicks' rotation right now.
3. Andre Drummond - Points: Over 17.5 (-108)
Andre Drummond is making his case to be an All-Star in the East this season, averaging a career-high 18.9 points per game. Drummond is getting plenty of scoring chances, also putting up a career-high 16.4 field goal attempts per game. He's scored 19 or more points in three of his last four games, and he burned the Knicks for a season-high 33 points in their previous meeting, so it'd be no surprise if he hits the over on Friday.
