The Philadelphia Eagles have been ravaged by injuries so far this season and now it's time to add another one to the list. Starting tight end Zach Ertz is set to miss 3-to-4 weeks after suffering an ankle injury in Week 6.

This is a particularly tough blow considering the Eagles are already without tight end Dallas Goedert.

Zach Ertz Injury Update

Ertz hasn't been having his best offensive season so far, but he has played in at least 90 percent of the team's offensive snaps in four straight games and has remained one of quarterback Carson Wentz's most trusted targets.

Ertz leads the team with 45 targets and those will have to be distributed elsewhere now.

Travis Fulgham Fantasy Outlook

One beneficiary of Ertz's injury is Eagles' wide receiver Travis Fulgham, who is one of our top waiver wire pickups of the week. Over his last three games, Fulgham has racked up 284 receiving yards on 18 catches and has scored a touchdown in each game as well.

Fulgham has quickly developed chemistry with Wentz and is already one of his favorite targets. He has seen at least 10 targets in each of the past two games and should be leaned on even more without Ertz out on the field.

If he keeps up this kind of production, he could be seen as a reliable WR2 in fantasy leagues.

DeSean Jackson Fantasy Outlook

The other player set to have their targets increased is returning wide receiver DeSean Jackson. Jackson has missed the past three games due to a hamstring injury, but he's expected to be ready to go for the Eagles' Week 7 clash with the New York Giants.

Known for his speed, the return of Jackson provides a huge boost to an offense lacking a legitimate deep threat. He saw 16 targets over the first two games of the season before suffering a Week 3 injury, and that number could increase now that Ertz is out.

Jackson will be a boom-or-bust option in Week 7, but it might be best to take a wait-and-see approach, as fantasy managers will want to confirm he's actually back to full health before playing him.
