The Los Angeles Rams will look to keep the good times rolling when they go on the road to take on the Indianapolis Colts in Week 2 NFL action. FanDuel Sportsbook has the Rams slated as 4-point road favorites in a game that is sure to have a lot of fantasy football implications as well.

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this exciting Week 2 clash.

Darrell Henderson Fantasy

Start Darell Henderson, RB, Los Angeles Rams: This is a matchup between two daunting defenses, which means fantasy managers have to look at volume when making start/sit decisions. It became clear in Week 1 that running back Darrrell Henderson is going to see a lot of work with the Rams this season. He turned 16 carries into 70 rushing yards and scored a touchdown as well. If he can improve his receiving abilities, Henderson has a shot to be a top-12 RB this season. This game could come down to the wire and Henderson is likely to get the ball all the way through the fourth quarter. He is a solid start this week despite the tough matchup.

Nyheim Hines Fantasy

Nyheim Hines, RB, Indianapolis Colts: Nyheim Hines wasn't a very popular name heading into fantasy football drafts. However, he continues to make an impact in PPR scoring leagues. Hines saw a team-high 8 targets in Week 1 and was quarterback Carson Wentz's go-to dump-off option. The Rams' defense is no joke, but it did give up 81 receptions to opposing running backs in 2020. That was tied for the 13th-highest mark in the NFL. The workload Hines saw playing from behind in Week 1 bodes well for his Week 2 outlook. He remains an underrated FLEX option.

Tyler Higbee Fantasy

Sit Tyler Higbee, TE, Los Angeles Rams: Don't get it twisted, Tyler Higbee looked great in Week 1. He played in every single offensive snap and was the only tight end to see a target in the passing game. Higbee simply draws a nightmare matchup in Week 2. Indianapolis gave up the third-fewest fantasy points to opposing TEs last season and posted the fourth-best pass defense DVOA rating in the NFL. The Colts' gave up a touchdown to Gerald Everett in Week 1, yet he only racked up 20 yards on 2 catches. While Higbee is a great player to target in trade negotiations, he shouldn't be started on Sunday.

Carson Wentz Fantasy

Sit Carson Wentz, QB, Indianapolis Colts: Quarterback Carson Wentz struggled to lead the Colts' offense down the field in Week 1 and it doesn't look like it'll get any easier in Week 2. The sixth-year pro now must go up against a Ram's defense that gave up the least amount of fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks last season (13.52 per game). They showcased their skills last weekend by holding the Chicago Bears to just 216 passing yards on offense. This game is expected to go down to the wire, but it's likely the Colts will lean on running back Jonathan Taylor more. This is not the time to stream Wentz.
