The New England Patriots will aim to win their eighth consecutive game when they travel to take on the Indianapolis Colts in Week 15 NFL action. FanDuel Sportsbook has the Colts slated as small 2.5-point favorites in a game that could easily come down to the fourth quarter.
If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 15 AFC clash.
Rhamondre Stevenson Fantasy
Start Rhamondre Stevenson, RB, New England Patriots: Head coach Bill Belichick has proven that he is not afraid to use his running backs to wear down defenses and drain the clock. That could be the case again on Saturday, which makes Rhamondre Stevenson a viable FLEX play. Stevenson led New England with 24 carries last week and finished with 78 rushing yards. He also played in a season-high 63% of the offensive snaps with Damien Harris banged up. There's a chance Harris will not be able to suit up in Week 15. Stevenson could end up as a waiver wire steal this week and someone that carries fantasy teams to a win.
Indianapolis Colts D/ST Fantasy
Start Indianapolis Colts D/ST: Fantasy managers may be hesitant about starting the Indianapolis Colts D/ST this week, but the Patriots offense is nothing to be afraid of. New England is averaging 346.5 total yards per game (No. 18 in NFL) and rank in the middle of the pack with 16 giveaways on the year. Meanwhile, the Colts have been on fire lately. Indianapolis has racked up 5 interceptions, 3 fumble recoveries and 7 sacks over its last three games. This is a team that ranks No. 4 in fantasy scoring and has posted double-digits seven different times this season. Fantasy managers can feel comfortable starting the Colts D/ST on Saturday.
Hunter Henry Fantasy
Sit Hunter Henry, TE, New England Patriots: Fantasy managers have to be careful about starting tight end Hunter Henry in a win-or-go-home playoff game this week. The Patriots' pass-catcher has shown that he is only relevant if he can get into the end zone. Henry has topped 45 receiving yards just once this season and is averaging a disappointing 2.7 receptions per game. Yes, the Colts have been susceptible to giving up big games to opposing TEs. However, Henry played in a season-low 29% of the offensive snaps last week and was used as a blocker more than anything else. He is not worth starting in Week 15.
Carson Wentz Fantasy
Sit Carson Wentz, QB, Indianapolis Colts: Quarterback Carson Wentz has been steadily improving as the season rolls on, yet he draws a horrible matchup this week. The Patriots have posted the third-best pass defense DVOA rating in the NFL and are giving up the second-fewest fantasy points to opposing QBs. Wentz is taking a back seat to running back Jonathan Taylor on offense right now, throwing for under 200 yards in three of his last four games. Overall, the sixth-year pro ranks as the No. 24 QB in fantasy scoring since Week 10. Fantasy managers in search of a high-quality streaming option this week should avoid Wentz at all costs.
