Week 10 Fantasy Picks: Start 'Em, Sit 'Em for Seahawks vs Packers

The Seattle Seahawks and Green Bay Packers are set to collide in an all-NFC Week 10 matchup this weekend. The Packers are currently listed as the 3.5-point home favorites, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 10 showdown.
D.K. Metcalf Fantasy
Start D.K. Metcalf, WR, Seattle Seahawks: DK Metcalf has fared well during Russel Wilson's absence, recording 14 catches over the last three weeks for 198 receiving yards and a trio of touchdowns. Wilson is expected to play this weekend, which means Metcalf should see a boost. While the Packers are decent against wide receivers, Metcalf is Wilson's favorite option for a reason. He's averaged nearly eight targets in games this season with Wilson throwing to him compared to six without him. It's a must-win game for the Seahawks and they'll need their top weapons to show up — Metcalf included.
Aaron Jones Fantasy
Start Aaron Jones, RB, Green Bay Packers: Aaron Jones has been the RB8 this season, however, his 12.7 fantasy points per game over the last three weeks ranks 26th during that span. Fortunately, he has a favorable matchup to get back on track in the form of the Seahawks. Seattle is giving up the third-most fantasy PPG (26.2) to running backs this season. With Jones hovering around 13 carries and 4.6 targets per game, that's more than enough work to make fantasy managers happy this week.
Tyler Lockett Fantasy
Sit Tyler Lockett, WR, Seattle Seahawks: After recording 57.8 in Seattle's first two games (WR2 in PPR), Tyler Lockett is WR 47 since then, averaging 9.9 fantasy PPG. He is coming off his third 100-plus-yard performance of the season, however, he's recorded 57 or fewer yards in five games and hasn't found the end zone since Week 2. Meanwhile, the Packers are allowing just 25.6 fantasy points to WRs on average, good for sixth-best league-wide. Even with Wilson back, it's tough to trust Lockett. As usual, he's another boom-or-bust option and it'll be up to fantasy managers if they can stomach that this week. If you're playing him, temper expectations... again.
Allen Lazard Fantasy
Sit Allen Lazard, WR, Green Bay Packers: Allen Lazard salvaged his day last week with a touchdown, but there's no reason to start him on Sunday – even with Aaron Rodgers likely set to return. Marquez Valdes-Scantling is back, which means Randall Cobb, MVS and Lazard will be competing for the scraps Davante Adams leaves behind. Lazard also only saw 1 target last week. He's just not going to see enough volume to be worth a start in Week 10.
