An NFC West battle will take place when the Seattle Seahawks (6-2) go on the road to take on the Los Angeles Rams (5-3) in Week 10 NFL action. This is game full of fantasy football superstars and the Rams head into this one as 2-point favorites, according to FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL betting odds.

If you need help with your fantasy football lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for the Week 10 Seahawks-Rams showdown.

Who Should I Start Fantasy Football

Start Chris Carson, RB, Seattle Seahawks: If Chris Carson is able to suit up for this game after missing the last two due to a hamstring injury, he should immediately return to being an every-week fantasy football starter. When healthy, Carson is used as a workhorse running back in the Seahawks' offense and the team has sorely missed being able to count on him to chew clock in these past two games. He does draw a touch matchup in Week 10 as the Rams' defense only allows 3.9 yards per carry this season (No. 6 in the NFL), but Wilson knows he can't pass his way to victory each and every week.

Start Jared Goff, QB, Los Angeles Rams: If there were any week fantasy football managers should feel comfortable starting Jared Goff, it is this week as he takes on the dismal Seahawks' secondary. The Seahawks have given up more fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks than any other team in the NFL this season. In fact, they are on pace to give up the most passing yards in the history of the NFL. There's no reason to believe they'll be able to stop the Rams' passing attack this week.

Sit Deejay Dallas, RB, Seattle Seahawks: Deejay Dallas has made the most of his opportunity to start these past two games rushing for a combined 72 yards on 25 carries and scoring 2 touchdowns. He has also caught all 7 of his targets for 25 receiving yards. However, with the likely return of Carson this week, Dallas simply returns to a backup role in the Seahawks' offense. He is a valuable handcuff in fantasy football, but no one should feel inspired to start him moving forward unless there are more injuries to the core of this Seattle backfield.

Sit Tyler Higbee, TE, Los Angeles Rams: Coming into the season as a consensus top-10 tight end in fantasy football, Tyler Higbee has been disappointing outside a 3-touchdown performance against the Philadelphia Eagles back in Week 3. Higbee has only surpassed 50 receiving yards twice this season and is still splitting snaps with Gerald Everett. Despite their poor overall defense, the Seahawks have only given up 337 yards to opposing tight ends this season (No. 7 in the NFL) and just 2 touchdowns (T-No. 4 in the NFL). This isn't a great spot for Higbee, who is probably droppable at this point any way.
