The 2022 Pro Bowl is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 6, bringing together some of the best talent that the NFL has to offer. Two players in attendance for the annual AFC vs NFC affair are Pittsburgh Steelers outside linebacker T.J. Watt and Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby.
With Watt and Crosby both playing defensive positions, fans rarely get to see them interact. Fortunately, that was not the case on Saturday when the two shared a pretty cool moment during Pro Bowl practice.
While the music and fans make it tough to hear what was being said, it seems like the two defenders were exchanging pointers with each other on edge rushing. You can check it out in the video below.
This season is Crosby's first time making the Pro Bowl in his three-year career. The 24-year-old set new personal records when it comes to tackles (56) and passes defended (seven) while also making 8.0 sacks en route to earning second-team All-Pro honors.
Meanwhile, making the Pro Bowl is nothing new for Watt, who's been added to the AFC's team in each of the last four seasons. He led the NFL when it came to sacks (22.5) and tackles for a loss (21) in 2021, earning his third straight first-team All-Pro nod.
It'll be interesting to see if Watt and Crosby use any of the tips that they shared next season. If they can improve their already dominant play, the rest of the league should definitely be on notice.
