VIDEO: Remembering When Dirk Nowitzki Pump Faked Draymond Green Out of His Shoes Twice on Same Possession
By michael obermuller

The Dallas Mavericks' Dirk Nowitzki is an all-time legend of the sport of basketball. So back when he made you look foolish you kind of had to chalk it up as an, "I'll get him next time" type of moment. For Draymond Green, this was certainly one of those times.
Nowitzki Pump Fakes Green Not Once But Twice
As the headline reads, not once, but twice! I mean, Draymond jumped so far the second time he pretty much ended up in a position to rebound the ball. That's like a four foot leap of faith that ended in sheer embarrassment, especially since Dirk finished with calm delicate touch on the jumper.
The only thing missing here was a swish. Even Green's teammates knew what just happened was bad. They all left him to retrieve the ball and take care of the inbound pass. Most even left the scene of the crime early, don't want to be involved in that moment by association.

At the end of the day, we're talking about two top NBA players here (one who has since retired). Draymond Green can easily shake off an error like this, especially when it comes at the hands of a classy player like Nowitzki. No smack talk, no beef, just a silent "better luck next time."
