Patrick Mahomes, in his one season as the Chiefs starting quarterback, has quickly earned his reputation of having a rocket arm. He showed off it's impressive power week in and week out last year, seemingly making every throw in the book. Even having one of the league's fastest receivers in Tyreek Hill didn't present any troubles for Mahomes hitting him deep down the field.
Well, it seems that Mahomes has yet again proved just how strong his arm is. On Friday, he threw a football from the end zone at Arrowhead Stadium and cleared all of the seats, almost landing it in the parking lot before ultimately coming to rest in the concourse just before the outer wall.
It's not often you see quarterbacks with arm power this impressive, never mind showing it off in ways like this on camera. Although, judging by offseason throwing videos, Mahomes might have some competition in the form of wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr.
