The Super Bowl is already an emotional event for players and coaches who have been working their entire lives to get there. Whether they win or lose, the outcome tends to produce a strong reaction.

That was especially true for the Kelce brothers this year, who made NFL history by becoming the first set of siblings to play in the same Super Bowl. That put their mother Donna under the microscope as well, who faced the difficult dilemma of cheering for both teams in the big game.

On their "New Heights" podcast this week, both Kelce brothers choked up when describing their postgame moments with their mother.

Both brothers were incredibly proud of their mother and happy for her for getting to share the spotlight with them and handling the situation so gracefully. They applauded her for deftly navigating the intense media attention leading up to the Super Bowl and making the most of her moment in the sun.

Getting to see their mom treated like a celebrity surely took some of the sting out of losing for Jason, whose Philadelphia Eagles fell to Travis' Kansas City Chiefs in a 38-35 thriller.

Thinking back on the loss, Jason said, "You're crying after the game, and they're not tears of sadness. You know, they're tears of joy."

Jason and the Eagles may have lost the game, but the entire Kelce family still came out as winners.
