Missing football while the sports world is shut down? Denver Broncos fans can fill the void with some throwback Drew Lock high school football highlights from his 2014 senior year.

Playing at Lee's Summit High School in Missouri, Lock showcased some serious potential at a young age.

Lock threw for 3,060 yards and 35 touchdowns in 2013 as a junior, which he followed up with 2,731 yards and 28 touchdowns as a senior. He was a promising multi-sport athlete as well, being considered a two-star basketball prospect (playing shooting guard) while also being a four-star football recruit.

Lock continued to impress at the University of Missouri. In four years he racked up 12,193 yards and 99 touchdowns — rankings second in Tigers history in both stats. A first-team All-SEC selection in 2017 and second-team selection in 2018, Lock went on to be selected in the second round of the 2019 NFL Draft by the Denver Broncos.

It took most of the season before the Broncos benched Joe Flacco to give Lock a chance, but he took full advantage of the opportunity he did get. The Broncos went 4-1 in the five games Lock started, and he complete 64.1 percent of his passes for 1,020 yards and 7 touchdowns with 3 interceptions.

Broncos fans have to be excited about his potential to develop into a franchise quarterback in Denver.
