After averaging the NFL's fifth-fewest points per game (18.1) in 2018, the Oakland Raiders rank 15th with a respectable 23.1 per game in 2019. Their offense has been especially effective lately, with that average jumping to 26.3 per game over the last four.

Their passing game has played a big part in this, with Derek Carr throwing eight touchdowns over those four games, and that's not likely to change in this week's matchup with the Cincinnati Bengals.

The Bengals have made a strong argument for having the NFL's worst pass defense in 2019. They rank dead-last in Football Outsider's pass defense DVOA rankings, have allowed a league-high 9.6 adjusted yards per pass attempt and have got to opposing QBs for a league-low 10 sacks.

The Oakland passing game hasn't been overly WR-centric, with TE Darren Waller leading the team in targets, but Tyrell Williams has still been able to make a big splash.

Averaging 5.6 targets per game makes Williams a risky play in any given week, but he's found the end zone six times through eight games, and combining that TD upside with his downfield usage gives him a huge ceiling.

His 14.9-yard average depth of target is the seventh highest for any wideout with at least 25 targets in 2019, and that has played a big role in his average of 14.6 yards per reception.

Taking that big-play ability into such a great matchup, Williams has a great shot of showing off that huge upside this week. He sits at WR14 in our Week 11 PPR fantasy football rankings.
