Tua Tagovailoa Being Seriously Disrespected by Chris Simms in QB Ranking

Tua Tagovailoa spent the majority of last college football season as the Heisman favorite and the projected first overall draft pick. An injury caused neither to happen, but him being selected fifth overall by the Miami Dolphins shows optimism that he will return to form.
However, not everyone is backing Tua like the Dolphins are. Analyst Chris Simms, for example, is straight up disrespecting the former Alabama Crimson Tide quarterback.
Feel like y'all will have some thoughts on this one...

Tom Brady and Drew Brees ranks are revealed on @CSimmsQB QB countdown: https://t.co/LrNM0ZKDsF pic.twitter.com/eTkxmnsJ2f
Simms did a top-40 countdown, ranking the 40 best quarterbacks in the NFL. Much like the draft, it did not take long to hear Tua's name. Simms ranked Tua has only the 40th-best quarterback in the league, which has sparked some heated conversation.
This ranking is disrespectful to Tua, considering who he is ranked behind. Mitchell Trubisky, who many feel isn't good enough to start at this level, is ranked at No. 38. Justin Herbert, who Tua outplayed all season and was drafted ahead of, is ranked No. 37.
Even Taysom Hill, who barely plays the quarterback position, is ranked above Tua, at No. 36. If Simms were taking a player's skills at wide receiver into account for his quarterback rankings, maybe Odell Beckham Jr., who has two career touchdown passes, will also be ranked on this list.
This was an interesting signing by the Miami Dolphins ?https://t.co/OIAiQEhjAP

While nobody is saying Tua should be a top-ranked player, him being 40th is a disrespectful shot to the Dolphins quarterback.
