Travis Kelce Injury Status Boosts Fantasy Value Ahead of AFC Divisional Round Playoff Matchup With Texans
By Max Staley

Travis Kelce is one of the biggest matchup nightmares in the NFL, but he's been dealing with a knee injury recently. Thankfully, it looks like the star tight end will be able to suit up for the Kansas City Chiefs' Divisional Round Game against the Houston Texans.
Assuming there are no more further setbacks, Kelce is safe to use in fantasy as you normally would.
Chris Jones wasn't on the field for the start of Chiefs practice today. Travis Kelce was.

Travis Kelce Fantasy Outlook
Kelce got in a limited practice both Wednesday and Thursday, but that seems more precautionary than anything. It's a good thing he's likely going to be active for this one, because Kelce draws a really soft matchup against Houston.
Chiefs coach Andy Reid said TE Travis Kelce's injury is "more of a bruise than anything." Reid didn't appear too concerned on Kelce, who was limited Wednesday and Thursday.

The Texans allowed the 10th-most PPR points per game to opposing tight ends in the regular season, and Houston was the league's seventh-worst defense against the pass, according to Football Outsiders' DVOA metric.
Barring a setback, Kelce is the TE1 in our Divisional Round fantasy rankings, and he should be in line for a productive outing in this one.
