Bye week season continues to roll on, and in Week 9 we once again have four teams getting the week off. The New Orleans Saints, Atlanta Falcons, Cincinnati Bengals and Los Angeles Rams are loaded with relevant fantasy options, which makes this another tricky bye week to handle in fantasy football.

That means there are going to be plenty of fantasy owners looking for some waiver wire bye week replacements for Week 9. Here are the best options at every position.

Top Fantasy QB Waiver Wire Replacement for Jared Goff and Drew Brees on Bye Week 9

Derek Carr just finished as the QB6 in Week 8 by dropping 23.4 fantasy points in a great matchup against the Houston Texans. He's in a favorable spot again in Week 9, up against a Detroit Lions team that has allowed the seventh-most fantasy points per game to opposing QBs, giving up almost the exact same number (21.1) as the Texans (21.2). He's available in over 60 percent of Yahoo! Fantasy Football leagues and is QB11 in our Week 9 PPR fantasy football rankings.

Mark Walton's Monday night dud has kept him available in just over 50 percent of leagues, and his value should pick up in a big way against the New York Jets this week. In Week 8, Walton played a higher percentage of the Miami Dolphins' snaps (87 percent) than any other back has played in a single game for Miami in 2019, and he racked up 11 carries and six targets. The Jets have allowed the seventh-most PPR points per game to RBs, and this could be a breakout spot for Walton.

Ronald Jones and Peyton Barber are both also viable options if you're in a pinch. Running back is very thin this week, but they both notched double-digit carries in a Week 8 loss, and they have five double-digit PPR fantasy point games between them on the year.

DeVante Parker is another Dolphin that gets a big boost this week. He's seen at least seven targets in all four of Ryan Fitzpatrick's starts, including 18 in the last two games. He's turned that volume into 11 receptions, 114 yards and one TD in the last two, and he should keep rolling in a great matchup.

Kenny Stills has seen five targets in each of the last two games as he fills in for an injured Will Fuller. A deep threat that sits behind only Fuller in average depth of target among Texans wideouts, Stills is a volatile producer, but he has already shown off his upside by turning just four receptions into 105 yards in Week 7.

Top Fantasy TE Waiver Wire Replacements for Austin Hooper on Bye Week 9

Noah Fant exploded for a season-high (and team-high) eight targets in Week 8 as the Denver Broncos played their first game without Emmanuel Sanders. Fant essentially profiles as a large wideout, having run a 4.5-second 40-yard dash at the combine, and he could be well on his way to establishing himself as the No. 2 receiver in Denver behind Courtland Sutton. Getting Brandon Allen instead of Joe Flacco at QB hurts, but Fant is still a top Week 9 streaming tight end option.
