Recently, the Tennessee Titans declined Corey Davis' fifth-year option, meaning he'll likely be hitting free agency at the end of the 2020 season. Declining the option on Davis was likely a tough call, but it was also the right one. He hasn't lived up to the promise that many fans hoped he would, and the Titans appear to have a bonafide No. 1 option opposite Davis in AJ Brown.

Still, if Davis does hit the open market next offseason, he'd still have some real untapped potential, at just 26 years old. In fact, he'd be an excellent fit on the Indianapolis Colts.

The Colts will likely have a lot of cap space again next offseason, and they'd be wise to take a gamble on a talent like Davis were he to come available. Though he hasn't reached the highs many hoped he would, Davis has undeniably flashed some big-time talent.

In 2018, he racked up a team-best 891 receiving yards. In fact, he was the only player on the team that had more than 466 receiving yards that year. Injuries and poor QB play have held him back, but he's still an extremely talented player.

If he does become available, he'd be an excellent gamble for the WR-needy Colts to take after the 2020 season.
