The Bills Officially Have a New RB1
By Max Staley

It took about half of the season, but it appears rookie running back Zack Moss has established himself as the top dog in the Buffalo Bills' backfield. For the first time all year, Moss out-snapped incumbent starter Devin Singletary (31 to 28).
It's hard to imagine him giving up that role any time soon.
Zack Moss out-snapped Devin Singletary 31-28 yesterday. They each ran 8 routes. They each got 14 carries. Goal-line RB Josh Allen scored a 2-yard rushing TD.

To be fair, both backs were extremely productive in Week 8. Singletary turned 14 carries into 86 rushing yards, while Moss also handled 14 carries, racking up 81 rushing yards and 2 scores.
But Moss' tough, hard-nosed running style seems to be more of a fit with what the Bills like to do on offense. Plus, both ran 8 routes this week, so it's not like Buffalo loses too much in the receiving game when Moss is on the field instead of Singletary.
Given how productive Moss was in the biggest role of his career, it's hard to imagine his workload doesn't continue to expand – especially if the fumbling issues we saw from Singletary last year pop up again.
